Tegoroczna gala rozdania nagród Grammy na długo pozostanie w naszej pamięci. Niekwestionowaną gwiazdą ceremonii Była Adele. Gwiazda otrzymała aż pięć statuetek. Wydarzenie uświetnił również jej show. Artystka w hołdzie dla zmarłego George’a Michaela zaśpiewała jego piosenkę „Fastlove’ w nowej aranżacji. Jednak na początku nie wszystko wyszło tak, jak chciała. Artystka przeklęła, a potem jeszcze raz zaczęła swój występ!

To był jej czas

Tegoroczną galę rozdania nagród Grammy zapamiętamy na długo. Podczas ceremonii „królowała” Adele, która otrzymała aż pięć statuetek. Jej piosenka „Hello” została uznana za najlepszy utwór i nagranie roku. Piosenkarka wygrała też w kategorii najlepszy solowy występ, a płyta „25” wygrała jako najlepszy album popowy.

Galę uświetnił też występ Adele, która chciała uczcić pamięć piosenkarza George’a Michaela. Artystka zaśpiewała jego piosenkę „Fastlove” z 1996 roku w zupełnie innej aranżacji. Jednak nie wszystko poszło zgodnie z planem – artystka zaczęła fałszować. Przeklęła, zaraz przeprosiła widownię i zaczęła jeszcze raz.

„Wiem, że to jest na żywo, ale przepraszam – nie mogę znowu tego zrobić. To nie może być tak, jak w zeszłym roku. Przepraszam za przekleństwa. Nie mogę zepsuć tego hołdu. Kocham George’a Michaela, tak wiele dla mnie znaczy. Przepraszam, jeśli kogoś obraziłam. Naprawdę przepraszam” – powiedziała wzruszona Adele.

Występ zakończyła słowami „I miss my baby”. Widownia również była wzruszona i nagrodziła wokalistkę gromkimi brawami.
